Alberta Wedding Photographer { Janelle Awe Photography } | Rustic Country Stylized Shoot

Although wedding photographers shoot lots of weddings in a wedding season and have the opportunity to second shoot for tonnes of other amazing photographers, it’s still one of my favorite things to do ~ to create and photograph a stylized shoot. It allows me create a look and style that I love to capture. It helps to attract the clients that I want to capture. It helps my clients and potential clients see what I love to photograph. It also gives me the opportunity to work with amazing local vendors.

I absolutely loved the flowers and the arrangements created by a local shop in Olds called The Lady Bug Studio. I can’t wait to work more with this store. They love being creative using the vintage and rustic style that I am totally drawn to. It amazes me when I can give a few ideas to a vendor and have them create a product that makes me smile and get anxious to get shooting! LOVE LOVE LOVE…

This was one of those shoots that I had to rearrange a few times because of rainy weather…this evening was also pretty dark with clouds but we decided to go for it! I love the purple skies that evenings like this provide…we are so lucky to live in such a beautiful area.
